Blue Wing Teal, Hector "Heck" Whittington, Oglesby Illinois. Very nice example of this carver's work and characteristics, in near mint condition with nice patina and mellow blending. Decoy has glass eyes, is all original, and is stamped, signed, and dated 1969. on the bottom. Teal measures 13" long, 4" wide, and 5" tall.
