Mechanical Plover by Jim Silowsky, Illinois. Very unique piece has a removable slot head, body moves back and forth on the dowel rod and can be put in multiple positions, and can be made to bob when string is pulled. Glass eyes, original paint, wooden bill, split tail, "JS" initials carved on bottom. Decoy measures 11" from head to tail, 3" wide, 15" tall including wooden base.
