Mason Factory Redhead, Detroit Michigan. Glass eyes, original paint with replaced neck filler, rigging hook, and lead weight on bottom with "H.J." carved in it. Circa 1920's, decoy has hunter, and measures 14" long, 5" wide, and 6" tall.
